Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain intimate apparel and accessories are final sale unless a manufacturing defect is present.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original designer packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the product is in its original, unworn condition.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
